Anyone know where I can get an Emergency Break Cable, return spring, ans some kind of spring/clip that connects to both pads ASAP for a reasonable price.

I do not see any on Saturn?

What is the best way to contact Saturn as I have emailed and no one seems to be returning emails?

I hope it is not the spam blocker at work. I'll have to shoot them a fax tomorrow.

Uh...why? You have the spring between them and the return spring. Just get a cable and GREASE THAT THING. Most of these never saw grease, as who'd think to grease a brake, and are frozen or really sticky. I had to heat and beat mine off then hone it and grease it. Works great now and I didn't even put on new pads. There's three types of cables too. Have fun.
