Engaging 6x6 on m923a2

Quick question can the front axle be engaged on an m923a2 while moving?

Hmmmmm.... I wonder what a quick search of the Operators Manual would have to say?

TM 9-2320-272-10 Operators Manual

5 FRONT WHEEL DRIVE LOCK-IN SWITCH allows operator to engage front
wheel drive and is used only when vehicle transfer case is in high range. In
low range, the vehicle’s front wheel drive engages automatically. Vehicle
may be in motion or stopped to engage front wheel drive lock-in switch.

Yes you can engage any time. And it will auto engage in low and if your unaware do not back up with it in low could tear out the t case.
