Engine fan question

I have a 2003 LMTV with 3126 Caterpillar. My fan runs all the time. I looked at it the other day and realized there is a hose that is missing that goes to a fitting on top of fan shroud
and then to the clutch itself. I will probably have to get one made - does anyone have a picture of what this should look like.
Thanks

I just had one made and can get a pic tomorrow. Had it made at a local heavy equipment dealer, standard JIC fittings, $20.32 out the door. Be sure to check the center bearing on your fan hub where the hose connects. Mine was locked up causing the hose to twist in two.
