Engine Idle Speed - How is it adjusted?

According to TM 9-2320-361-20, the LDT 465-1C/1D engine is 800-850 RPM. However, I have to pull out my throttle control 4-5 clicks in order to get a warm idle speed of 800 RPM. How is the idle speed adjusted? I've searched through all the -209 and -361 series level 20 and 34 manuals and the injection pump service manual but cannot find anything at all on adjusting the idle speed setting.

I don't see anything on the fuel pump resembling an idle speed stop screw, but I know enough about fuel injection pumps to not start randomly twisting screws and see what happens. So how is that idle speed adjusted? Does anyone have a TM reference to show the process?

Lee, check out the pic. If you look close you can see where I outlined the adjustment screw for the idle. A little goes a long way. Each time you make an adjustment, wick the throttle a time or two.
