Engine Knocking/pinging m1009

Ok so I had some pretty bad engine knocking. With that said I had some bad injectors. Since then I have replaced all eight injectors with 6.5 marine injectors. After install loud knocking is gone. But engine sounds like it is way to far advanced. I have modded my intake and have 2.5" exhaust with high flow exhaust. So yesterday I checked the cold advance by disconnecting it and running truck no difference. So I retarded the timing about a 1/4 inch. Its quiter but still lounder then it was when i bought it. The truck has around 120000 miles on it??

Looking for thoughts my next step is injection pump i guess??
