Engine Oil Level Rising - M35A2

I might have a problem with the engine oil level rising. The first time it was changed was a day after taking possession of it from the military base. The oil appeared very thin as if it had fuel dilution.
The oil level appears to be at the "S" on the dip stick in word stopping, completely cold. I do have the spin- on oil filter kit. I have heard that the fuel density compensator could be by-passed if it were leaking, however I am not sure if my fuel system has that. See diagram below, which is identicle to what I see on my truck.
Any ideas to remedy this possible problem?

No FDC on those diagrams. Oil sampling might be in order. With no FDC the flame heater might be leaking through the intake manifold?

your picture shows the ether injection system (tall orange/red propane looking cylinder on the firewall), which means the flame heater is not on that truck
