engine torque specs help please

Hey all, im trying to find the correct torque specs for the connecting rod, and main bearings on the ldt / lds engines I'm planning to do an engine overhaul this weekend. I have a new set of lds pistons to go into my ldt block and I'd like to get my ducks in a row before starting. any tips or insight would be helpful.
