this is user manual for Med Eng BCS3. Can be modified to use as cool/warm suit warm under any garments via tubes for sewn in the garb and temperature regulated coolant pumped thru it. This one is designed for ice cooled water but you could build it onto any kind of cooler.... be it thermo electric or compressor refrigerated.
