EUC for trailers

I won a few trailers today. Does the EUC get filled out the same as when I won my Deuce? Can I just use the same EUC template and change out the event ID numbers?

Also, if my state doesn't require a title or plates for trailers I don't need to get one from GL?

I did my EUCs the same on two m105 trailers as I did on three m35a2s. I suppose a title wouldn't be needed unless you sell it to someone in another state.
