Finally got one....

Well, I have wanted a deuce for ten years. The right deal finally came along - it's not a diesel, and I'm a diesel guy, but this gasser is growing on me. I picked it up a couple weeks ago.

I have been lurking on this site for quite a while now, thanks for all the info so far!

I think I need another one already.

WSU where in Wash are you located. I'm on Whidbey Is. & just picked up my second deuce from San Clemente Calif. & yesss I drove it home, but not without incident. Being a greeen hornnn.... and with the clutch bell housing dripping you can imagine what I did. Nevertheless..... 30 mph from Medford OR to Oak Harbor. Yes.... new clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, throwout bearing on its way.... lol lol lol..... Learn the hard way.
