FMTV Arvin Meritor axles - disc brake option?

I see on Arvin Meritor's website that the RF-611 axle (which is what I am pretty sure is under the current FMTVs) has an option for disc brakes.

Has anyone actually seen one with disc brakes?

Havent yet. It would be pretty cool!

Bendix also makes a disc brake kit for certain axles though im not sure which ones!

Once I get my hands on the axles... I will start taking measurements and see what i can come up with.

I saw on Avin Meritors website a pdf for dozens and dozens of rotors. One of them will HAVE to fit and give me enough room to make up some caliper brakets.

Trying to find the right dealer that will work with on part numbers to find the rotors.

Anyone know of such a dealer that would be willing to spend some time on this?

MFTV are the same width as the M35 when you narrow it and use another short axle. They are 11.25 B.C.
