FMTV STE ICE diagnostic set maybe?

I won this contraption it is an STE ICE diagnostic set. I think it is for the FMTV's but not 100 percent sure. It has a PC interface box but no PC. Does anyone know anything about this set.

You would need the miltope laptop that accompanies it for the software, other than that, yep ste ice for modern vehicles.

The Dearborn interface is common. There has to be some kind of software available on the civ market that can display the diag info.
