Here is a good start to making your own aftermarket kit. Mostly available from McMaster-carr. I do still have 1 M35A1 kit BTW.

Today would have been a good day to have a fording kit in Oklahoma LOL.. I might have gone and done some recovery, I don't know I've ever seen it posted, how deep of water can you drive in with the kit installed. seems like the only issue might be the fan blade?
