I just replaced my front drivers side axle seal and want to thank Banshee365
for his excellent post on the subject and to add a tip if you cant get the tie rod
off the knuckle use a two jaw puller put the center post on the top of the flex joints stud the arms on the knuckles arm and crank away.

I just replaced my passenger side seal a couple of weeks ago. I also found Banshee365's post to be very helpfull. There's no reason to pull the knuckle (kingpins, tie rods, ect.) just to replace the seal though. Only reason to pull the knuckle is if you're putting on one piece boots while you're at it. I replaced the boot when I replaced the seal but I used the zipper type so I didn't pull the knuckle off.
