Front shackle mounts

Can someone provide some measurements and close up pics of the front shackle mounts on their CUCV?
I need to modify my towbar and want to use the square receivers on the front as an attach point.

Few questions:
What is the OD and length of the pin?
What is the outside height and width of the square reciever?
From the center of the pin, how far back is the bumper?

I havent seen one up close but i would assume these attach to the frame, and not the bumper. correct?
