Good Luck hunting for REO 330 (Comet) Motor Parts.
We had started having trouble finding parts back in the 80's.
White Owl (Kinston, NC) might have a few parts laying around.

What we ended up doing was installing 300ci In-Line 6 Cylinder Industrial Ford motors in our REO's. They bolted up without any special conversion parts. They were dogs, but they pushed those trucks around just fine for their purpose.
