It might be easier to install a belt driven Hyd. pump and then mount the head to the frame further back under the bed and run it off the hydraulics. I know that's how our firetrucks are configured. It takes up less space and you could mount it where it won't interfere with something else. You could also possibly use a pto driven setup. Do you need it to run while driving or just when parked and running?
