I have run the test on the wiring harness for the gp card and need some help. The test is the one on page 2-63 in TM 9-2320-289-20. The first test says that the purple wire shoul have about 12 volts in the start position, if not correct trace the circuit. I only get between 8-9 volts. Is this close enough to 12 volts or not? What does it mean to trace the circut, were do you trace it to? I traced it back to the starter relay and it has good voltage there. Can anyone help me out?
