Glow Plug Problem

Hey sorry bout the other night on the chat, My net kicked me off and i couldn't get back on, DAMN slow internet. O well I might be albe to, But I might be able to get you one from my friends truck. The problem that I found out is there is that square black chip that has the lines coming out one side. That burns up, did on mine, and three others.

Quick note on the failed controller - the biggest reason by far that this happens is that people try to start the vehicle before the wait light goes out. If your starter is going bad it'll cause the vehicle to start hard too. The 24V starter usually fails slowly and ends up pulling a lot of power that your glow plugs need, turns the engine over slower, etc.
