Glow plug wire Question

Hi
can anyone tell me where this blue wire plugs ? it's comes from the glow plug wiring harness.
I have attached two pictures it located on the drivers side of engine bay

its not used on an m1008.

It goes to the fuel pump on an M1010 model truck. It is for the rear heater fuel pump. Also used on arctic kits I believe.

would that wire be usable if you did the electric fuel pump mod? I don't remember having one in my wiring harness for the 1009.
