I've not seen this before but I'm going to guess the item didn't sell nor will it be relisted with a lower start bid thus it's "unsuccessful".

It was unsuccessful because no one wanted to bid the overly greedy GP starting bid. When GL was selling them, they often went unsold at the $150 starting bid. GL sometimes had to sell 2 M105s in one lot just to move them.

I liked the comment but remember when GL had starting Bids at 25.00. I understand what GovPlanet is doing by having higher starting bids, but that doesn't make me like it.

You can try and get it for lower than starting bid price after the auctions end for the day, call GP customer service shoot them a number they will either take it or not.
