Cabell, we are coming Friday noon-ish. Because my HMMWV is busted (again) I won't be coming with the usual glamping setup. Lean and mean this year.

We love having a campfire, but won't be able to bring wood this year. Do you know of some dried, cut wood we can gather and split? I can bring an axe for sure, and can get a camp saw if needed. I probably won't have room for my 16" bar chainsaw. I can go foraging if I have to, it's no trouble.

We're looking forward to the weekend very much as always.

Looking forward to it. For the swap meet I may bring a few small things.
As a reminder to the HMMWV crowd, I have vinyl soft slant back kits and custom cargo covers available. All handmade, by me. I can bring one/some if anyone is interested in making a purchase.

Bumping this for one last reminder. I have soft slant back kits in stock in several colors and two black HMMWV 4-man cargo covers also. I will not bring any unless someone commits to purchase, as I haven't the room for a "maybe" in my car this year.

We have wood alongside the trails from trimming that can be gathered.
We also have a firewood pile nearby...

See you soon

Another great event at Graves Mtn. Lodge! Thanks to Cabell and his crew for putting a top-notch rally. Had lots of fun doing the truck games and riding some of the lighter-duty trails around the mountainsides. Drove the CUCV up from Appomattox to Madison County, camped out in the beautiful weather (!!!), and overall had a nice, relaxing time.

Me and the tax-write-off in the CUCV heading up towards Rapidan Camp. Bumpy ride but the M1009 stretched her legs out without a hitch.

Looking forward to next year!
