Ground issue?

Left turn signal ... normal
Right turn signal.... transmission display blinks with turn signal.

Guessing ground issue? Anyone see this before?

Sounds like it. Good way to burn up expensive electronics. Suprman always recommends adding secondary ground wire from dash panel to solid ground point.
