Can anyone help me value the above-mentioned radio?
There are two:
1. Visual condition 1/5, technical condition: almost certainly not working, so only suitable as a “dummy” item or for spare parts.
2. Visual condition 4/5, technical condition: unknown.

There is no such thing as a RF-7800M-V51X. On top of that, the X is just a fill in for the actual part of that model number that radio is in the L3Harris documentation for IPA's.

The picture in your original post shows a VHF radio. Your thread is named RF-7800M-V51X & that is a radio that doesn't exist. Now, you are saying the label says RF-7850M, a multi-band radio, not VHF only. That radio does exist. Going off the picture you shared, it is a RF-7800V-V511 though. Either way, not functioning, it is worth a few hundred dollars at best.

There is a description: "Pics for attention". This is not a picture of that particular unit.

So the correct is: RF-7800M, pic from that unit.

Very few have been released to the public or sold as surplus in the USA. I Suspect you would get a premium price here as a display for a collector but you also have tariffs to deal with imposed by you know who.....

Ok thanks for the info.
I have a DC power supply 0-30V and 0-10A and I checked that I should set ~28V and 8A to run it.
If it will start, do you have any other tips how to check of it is ok or not? Probably there will be only option to check VHF options?

I am in Poland so this kind of stuff (and even older Harris radios) is very rare. Probably in my country there is only this one piece in private hands.

The second which I desceibed in first post is damaged, casing is cracked, etc. But the first one probably works, there is no outside damage, and it looks pretty nice.
