Has anyone built a turbo setup from one of those cheap ebay turbos?

These turbos are cheap as heck. Has anyone built a setup for their CUCV with one of these things? What would you all think about trying to do just that? They go for only $180 new with a one year warranty.

The only ones I have seen on here are basically all the 6.5 parts from craigs, ebay, etc that are put together and work pretty well.

This turbo maybe a different alternative.

You really only need to read the specs of the turbo, the pics are pretty much just like any other turbo you've ever seen.
