I think my air compressor is pushing a fair amount of oil into my air system, and I imagine it is way overdue for a rebuild. Who has rebuilt them and what kit do you recommend?

Cheaper to replace it really. Time you pull it, bore it. Get the correct rings, which will be oversized, rod, unloaded and gaskets. You will be up there in price and without a warranty.
