Head gasket failure?

Well I finally got the truck put back together enough after putting on the new heads and turbo to hook the batteries and start it up to see how everything works. After bleeding the air out of the fuel system it started and ran great for about 5 minutes. Then all of a sudden it started running a little rough and started to smoke, which then turned into very rough and what seems to be a lot of white smoke.

I’m assuming my new head gasket(s) went? I tried looking for air bubbles in the coolant but didn’t really see any, but based on this I think(?) it’s pretty obvious I did something wrong.

Anything else I can do to check? I don’t think it’s a plugged injector but maybe? This is definitely a big kick in the nuts 😟
