Headlight leads 17 18 91

Making an adapter to h4 style connector; which wire is ground, hi and low? On the leads coming out of the old light assembly there are 1 male and 2 female Packard leads. The 1 male is ground?

From diagrams it looks like 91 is ground, of the other two, which is high and low?

a multimeter or especially, a test light would tell you which is which. But so would turning the lights on, and unplugging 1 connector at a time, one in high and in low mode. Or at least that is how i did it when i failed to write down which wire went to what location.
