A littly fyi on the heater cores (THANKS JOE it's in!!!) there are slight variations between heater cores and the boxes they mount in. I got a core from Joe and thought it would slap in. The hole in the top of the mounted box for the bleeder(?) was off by about 1/4" from fitting when the other was a perfect fit. The one hose outlet had to be opened up too. I don't know if there's anyway to destinguish these types or if it was just a fluke, but it seems like the different manufacturers of the cores had slightly different specs. No biggy though.

I never knew that. I'm going to have a look at the rest of my heater housings and see if they do vary by manufacturer.
