Welcome from down here in York. Got a little bit of everything. Your "NEPA" caught me off guard. NEPA is official for National Environmental Policy Act. Thought for a second the feds were coming down on us.....

Didn't think of that !! Actually trying to make a deal on a deuce from someone only few miles from my house!!
