Help with random things

Ah, every time I think I'm done asking questions I have another. I found some of the fuel tank gaskets I needed, BUT I need a gasket on the injector pump where the engine stop cable runs into it. It looks like some gasket with like a metal screen in it.

I made my own replacement gasket for this, just used some generic gasket material from a local box-auto store. Cheap, easy, quick.

ah good idea..i guess if the gasket is too far gone to copy a new one with, I could always just copy where everything is..Thanks for the advice I'll give it a try.
