Help with the Red Dot A/C

I hope this is the right forum to put this in. I just recently arrived in Memphis and I have A/C to put into the HMMWV. Problem is that one I have no tools here and two that I need the brackets for the slant back. My question is can anyone around could fabricate and possibly help install. I think it would be hard to put on myself. Or even if someone knows of a good place to get fabrication done. Since it is hot (and I am from Colorado) I am looking to get this in soon. Thanks in advance.
