High Beams/low beams

quick question. i have a m998 and everything works however the high beam/low beams are turned around. when i step on the switch the light for high beams comes on but the the low beams are on and then vis-versa. any ideas before i dig into it

Switch the wires in the foot switch....

I would swap the 17 and 18 wire at the headlights. The highbeam indicator will still be sync'ed with the wrong filaments if you just swap the dimmer wires.

Or, look at both the lights and the switch and see which wires are incorrect and correct them. Just match the numbers.
