HMMWV Wheel O-rings Civilian Part Number

If I order this:

3/16" x 14.00" ID buna N 70 duro (red) O-ring

... will I get the correct wheel O-ring for the HMMWV A2 12-bolt (13th hole) wheel O-ring p/n 12460338? If the above is correct, does anyone have the exact civilian part number for this O-ring?

I've done my due diligence searching this site, but I don't see anywhere someone confirming that the above information is correct or the civilian p/n for the A2 wheel O-ring.

I bought 48" of 3/16" oring material and made my own. One dab of superglue and you're done. Just make sure you cut the ends square but even if it's a little off it's still good because it gets squeezed. It's maybe a buck a foot.

I did the same thing with some that were too long only I did not even glue the ends, one out out of five loses about 2-3lb a month, still stable after 6000 miles
