Hooked up the batteries wrong - no start

I accidently hooked up one battery backwards and now the truck will crank but not start. or, if anyone has any other ideas on what could be the problem?

The post is for a Nissan 240x from 10 years ago.

No such animal on a stock CUCV. There is no fusebox inside the engine bay and there is no alternator fuse.

BUT...........................it's on the internet so it MUST be true.

so you discovered my lapse of judgment. I thought the thread was about CUCV's since the post above it is about hooking a battery backwards on one. Anyway, a little help would be appreciated

Check your fusible links on the firewall. One of them is likely burnt.

Have you checked for correct voltage at the 12v Terminal on the firewall? How about the pink wire at the injector pump?

I'll change the thread title as the 75amp title throws everyone off.
