Hub is leaking

My back rear left side looking at the duse from the front is leaking. I dont know if there is a seal going out or if my axel is cracked or some thing. If there is a seal where can i get a replacement and how do I go about replaceing it. And hope the picture helps. Thank you in advance for any one that can help my out with my problem.
