hummer rims run flat

Thinking of bidding on some hummer tires. Anyone know which are better 8bolt or the 12 bolt. Do both have the run flat in them or not at all.

8 bolt rim for bias and magnesium runflat
12 bolt rim for radial and rubber runflat
