That looks a bit more complicated but it could be made with one cylinder. With that much weight hanging out on the platform bouncing down the road, I'd get some healthy bracing for putting in place after it's lifted, where you can relieve the hydraulic pressure.

That mechanism could lift it up, under a roof/cover.

Or take a look at a salvage fork-truck for the mechanism and cylinder.
