I’m un able to open the TM attachment for the mep002.

I have an iPhone 6 and evidently don’t have the correct app to open the TM attachment for the mep 002 TM. Thanks for any info and how to open the attachment.

Almost all of the TMs that I am familiar with are in PDF format. Do you have a PDF reader?

What you really need is a old crappy laptop. Looking at anything on a phone will cause you to lose your sight, or jump in a river with your pockets full of rocks.
