What is it and the guy said he doesn't have any papers. Can I get a title or is it not worth it? The guy says it is a 1.5 ton with air brakes.

I think that is an M103. Same as the M105, less the box. Used for a gen set.

And you should be able to get a title or just register it as home built if no other way.

Does not look bad either.

Ok I just don't want to have a problem getting it registered since it is military and there are no papers.

It is also about a foot longer than a M105.

Check with your local DMV. Here in cali you don't need a title to reg a trailer.
