Identify Air Force M35 brake systems

Is there an easy way to identify an Air Force M35 with the dual brake setup over a standard Deuce? I've done several Google searches and haven't been able to find anything on the subject.

Well there will be a tandem master cylinder for a start, and there will be a divider for the lines front and rear. As against single line outs to all wheels..Check out jatonkas web site and tm.s for the m35 brake systems. All the information is there.

Without even seeing the said truck, if the VIN starts with 87k.... 88k.... 89k.... it has the split brake system. Now this only applies to USAF contract trucks. The late model Army trucks with split brake system need a visual or it's a true 1987-1989 then you're golden. From my knowledge, Army rebuild deuces never got retrofitted with the split brake system.
