If you had $1500 to upgrade a M1009, what would you do?

Yep, sell the 1009, take that money + 1500 and put down on the Tahoe. No matter what you do to the 1009, you'll still have just an old truck. I got the Avalanche rather than the Tahoe, however. Yes, I've owned a deuce (M109 variant) and it , though very dependable, had its issues as well.

I would do a rear tire carrier and some rock sliders for sure with steps..... Maybe repaint too
new seats lol so many things
