Injector hold down torque

Replacing an injector. The LDT 465 assembly manual calls for 150 pounds feet of torque on the two bolts holding the injector hold down ring on. This seems excessive and the bolts coming off did not have anywhere close to this value. Is this correct? What is the reason for so much if so? And others have implied 20 ft/lbs is okay and what they did..

Yes, I have searched and read threads. Have look through the manuals even went looking in Bosch technicals. Just confused...
