Sorry i have to ask this but can anyone tell me what the Number and date on the inner door is? What does CARC meen?

Inner Door Plate

The date is the date of the last painting.

CARC is Chemical Agent Resistant Coating.

Don't sand on this stuff without lung and face protection.

The people that spray this are supposed to use air suits...bad stuff when inhaled.
No doubt that many others will tell you the same thing.
