Installed a Kats 11619 Engine Heater

Finally finished and all seems to work ok. I had to wait for a replacement water pump to finish, so with the pump off, I did the installation of the heater and with a mirror I was able to see the clearance once installed. It did touch as I was screwing it in and the 6:00 - 12:00 position works for a clearance.
