Would a winch set up on a dodge wc63 be able to be put on a m37

I ask because I have a chance to get a running wc63 but need body restoration for 1000 and a m37 with no winch for a 1000

Since I am not very well of with money since I am med retired from army and on pemtion what one is the easier to restore the wc63 or m37? My dad has a m37 and I loved driving it as a kid
