Interestig auction on Ebay pertaining to the M1009

Each day I look over the Ebay ads that pertain to the CUCV, M1008 & M1009 and found one that offers a three-page ad from a magazine that must have been from the very early 80's. Has anybody ever seen this particular ad and if so what periodical would it have been in? The starting bid is $9.00 and they want $5.50 for shipping!!!!! Any takers? I don't have an M1009.....yet, but if I did I would buy the item for sure!

You know, I may just buy that thing while I am thinking about it! I want an M1009 ......almost willing to trade my M35A2C for one (plus some cash) and it would be my luck that this would be the only item like it in existence! See Ya!

I like old advertizements too. Most of those print type ads were airbrushed on a large scale and then downsided for actual use. Check out the too sharp angles on the bumper, top front of the fender, different shape side cargo window, weird mirror adjustment and possibly too much air between the top of the tire and fender for an M1009. I like looking for these typs of flaws and items that diden't actually make it into production.
