The AC60G, looks like it has a "vent" location built into its design. I'm talking about the tiny dimple in the element end. I would expect it is there to help eliminate swelling. Has anyone using these, had them swell? (New ones that had this dimple)

I have recentlty been informed that the Wellmans will swell.

When I removed my Wellmans, they were swollen, but not that bad, they pulled right out. It was more "bubbled slightly" than swollen.

As an addendum to my previous post, since the Wellmans that I had only slightly swelled, it was more a benefit than a negative. I could easily distinguish which were bad and which I could retain for spares- although I did check the resistances to verify that the good ones were still good, I knew which three I could toss out immediately.

I hate it when my plugs swell and bubble.....

BUT, the AC60G's are SUPPOSED to be non-swelling... fwiw

BUT, they also are not made for the CUCV GP system in it's stock form...
