Mine was about the same and I was able to pound it back into shape with a sledge hammer. Just have to take your time and not overdo the hits.

I got mine locally, I have heard that Saturn sell them. Try searching for "aluminum ladder", I seem to remember some posts about people searching for them.

The aluminum ladder is an easy one hander and that steel ladder must have lead bars in it, no contest there! I can tell you for a fact that the aluminum ladder will not fit the steel ladder hanger, the bottom is not the same.

I bought an aluminum boarding ladder and also mounted a 10ft uhaul boarding ramp between the framerails. It's good to have options. I'd like to know how the aluminum ladders are supposed to be mounted, and I'd be equally interested in hearing about what any of you may rigged-up.

I's like to see a photo of the ramp, stowed and in use, I like that idea (A LOT)!

I gave my ladder to a friend tonight. He is going to show it to some of the fabricators where he works. Hopefully they can get it fixed. I told him that it didn't have to be perfect, just better. Fingers crossed.
