ldt-465-1c and ldt-465-1d info

I AM NEW TO THE M35 CRAZE. I AM LOOKING FOR PERFORMANCE AND HP DIFFERENCES IN THE LDT-465-1C AND 1D ENGINES. FROM THE RESEARCH THAT I HAVE DONE (WHICH IS NOT MUCH) THE 1C IS THE WHISTLER AND THE 1D IS THE CLEAN BURN. BY CALLING IT THE WHISTLER DOES THAT MEAN THE NOISE FROM THE TURBO AN THE 1C IS LOUDER THEN THE 1D? DOES ONE HAVE MORE POWER POTENTIAL THAN THE OTHER?
